Terms and Conditions

  • General Check-in / Check-out Policy is as per below (this may vary for certain hotels):
    • Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time is 10:00 am
    • Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out will be considered. Charges as applicable
  • The travellers are to take the responsibilities relating to the travel documents like Visa, Passport and Insurance and should check on to its renewal date and validity before booking the tour with the travel planner. No refund would be provided after the bookings have been made and finalised.
  • In case of any discomfortability, the travellers have to report to the travel planner assigned to them on an immediate effect so that the required changes can be made. No complaint is entertained at a late notice.
  • The travellers should be careful about making payments as it should be done only through the authorised travel planner of the company and not through a third party. Any loss of money caused by the name of the tour company would not be considered.
  • All the required medical information of the travellers are to be provided to the tour planner before in hand in case of going to destinations that require the details.
  • The flexibility provided for customised packages should be used properly where customisation after the bookings have been done and finalised, will not be entertained.
  • In case the booking amount is paid using credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card.
  • In case of any special requirement, it should be asked for during the booking period so that the provision for it can be made on time.

Privacy Policy

  • Security of personal information: All the details provided to the tour planner for the purpose of booking the journey would be maintained with utmost privacy and confidential details will remain within the company and are not passed on to other third parties unnecessarily.
  • Online security: in case of cookies that pop up during booking the tour through the sites, the customers can allow it or disable it on choice. The main motive behind the pop-ups is for the travel company to attain information regarding the number of visitors the page and other details.
  • The customers may remit the payments through online transactions where total security is provided through encryption. Every payment remains safe within the travel company.
  • In case of any links that appear on the company website, the customers are responsible for clicking on it and being reverted to the sites
  • In case of complaints, the team attends to each of them on a timely basis and respond with every required detail.
